How the Books Work
Weekly Audio Lessons
Each week, readers scan a QR code in the book, which plays a 1-2 minute audio lesson. The lesson provides context and suggests a specific action to take related to emotional intelligence or leadership.
5 Days of Journaling
After each lesson, readers journal for five days using the OAT principle (Observe, Act, Tell) to reflect on the action they took and their experiences. Journaling enhances stress reduction and learning retention.
Focused Titles
Our books offer various titles, such as Understanding Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, Teamwork, and Motivation, designed to target critical areas of personal and team development.
Assessment & Feedback
We guide readers to reflect on their learning, actions, and outcomes, encouraging them to review their results with their boss, fostering growth and partnership between the leader and employee.
Time Commitment
Each day requires only 60 to 90 seconds, but the impact lasts. The process encourages personal growth and creates a tangible tool that participants can share with their leader to demonstrate progress.
